Social Service Walk In

 

Social services and urgent assistance is provided to residents of our service area who require immediate help with personal crisis, food security, available community resources and referrals. The Social Service Walk-in is open Monday to Friday from 1:00 pm-4:00 pm. For more information please call the Crisis Intake Cousellor at 613-238-8210 ext 2240.

 

 

 

Counselling Services

 

Individual, short term services for adults. Help with a wide range of issues including mental health, relationships, domestic violence, abuse. Services available in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese & Cambodian. For more info call Counselling Intake at 613-238-8210 ext 2353.

 

 

Walk-In Clinic

 

The Walk-in clinic provides a full range of health services to clients of SWCHC, residents of our service area and to those who do not have an Ontario health card and/or do not have a permanent address. Nurse Practitioners provide assessment, treatment and referral if required. The Walk-in is open on Mondays and Fridays from 10:00 am-4:00 pm, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00 am – 7:30 pm and on Thursdays from 1:00 pm-7:30 pm from September to June and for July and August 10:00 am to 7:30 pm.
