Learn to Play (LTPA) is once again proud to be offering a variety of lunchtime programs that will keep yourchildren engaged and motivated throughout the school year. LTPA provides a fun and friendly learning environment during a non-structured lunch period. Our programs focus on self-improvement, enhancing skills,building confidence and promoting social interaction. Our instructors are enthusiastic, well-trained and are subject to a police check to ensure the safety and well-being of your child. All programs are held at the school during lunch hour.
Our programs are 8 weeks long to take advantage of the CHILD ACTIVITY (arts and fitness) TAX Credit!
The programs being offered at your school for this session will be:
Indoor/outdoor gamepack
In this program, children will have the opportunity to play a different sport or game each week. Some of the games include:
indoor soccer,
capture the flag,
basketball, handball
and many more.
SQUIRMIES
In this arts & crafts program, the children will have the opportunity to create and decorate up to 8 man-made clay projects. The projects are then oven-baked to harden before returning to the child.
Each program will run once a week for 8 weeks, beginning the week of Sept. 22, 2014. All parents will receive a phone call or email informing them of what day their child/children will be participating.
